We currently offer free standard shipping on our SONDER products.
Personalised MagSafe Phone Cases: Estimated delivery is 12–35 business days.
Personalised MagSafe Wallets: Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, peak periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
International orders
Shipping availability and delivery times vary depending on the destination and product. Any applicable shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by their country.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Split shipments
If an order contains more than one product, items may be shipped separately because our products can be fulfilled from different locations. This means products in the same order may arrive at different times.
Delivery issues
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us with your order number so we can assist.
